We provide professional, friendly swimming lessons for children and adults at Benfield Sports Centre in Newcastle and Seaton Valley High School in Seaton Delaval.

Small Group Lessons
Our small classes mean more individual attention. With just 4 swimmers in Stages 1–2, up to 5 in Stages 3–5 and 6 in Stage 6 and above, every swimmer receives the guidance they need to progress at their own pace.
Learn to Swim Framework
We adopt the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, combining structured progression with expert teaching. Our focus goes beyond stage achievements to develop strong technique, water confidence and lasting swimming skills.
Supportive, Hands-On Teaching
Our teachers create a safe, welcoming environment where every swimmer feels supported. With teachers in the water through to Stage 5, swimmers benefit from practical demonstrations, individual guidance and encouragement.
