Simple, Transparent Pricing for Peace of Mind

At Alpha Aquatics Academy, we believe in keeping things straightforward — high-quality lessons consistent pricing, and no hidden fees.

Children’s Learn to Swim Programme (4+)

£39 per month

One 30-minute lesson per week
Group sizes kept small (5 children per group maximum) for quality instruction
Lessons adopt Swim England’s Learn to Swim Framework
Delivered by fully qualified, DBS-checked instructors

Children’s Learn to Swim Programme (4 to 11 years)

Adult group learn to swim & Adult Fitness Sessions (18+)

£39 per month

Maximum 7 adults in a lane
Delivered by fully qualified instructors
One 30 minute session per week

Adult and child one to one sessions

£100 per month

One 30 minute session per week
One to one instruction tailored to the swimmers needs/goals
Delivered by fully qualified staff

Baby and toddler sessions

Small numbers (5 per session)

How Payment Works

Payment: can be card payment or direct debit can be set up after initial card payment

Initial Payment

When you first book you or your child’s place, you’ll be asked to pay:

The cost of any remaining lessons in the current month, plus
One full month’s payment of £39 to secure their ongoing place

Monthly Payments

After your first payment (processed via Stripe), future monthly payments are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless or you can continue to pay by card. These payments are taken on the 7th of each month.

Paying Monthly, Made Simple

Our price per month is calculated by taking the total cost of all term-time lessons across the year and dividing it over 12 equal monthly payments.

This approach:

Helps spread the cost evenly
Provides consistency for your family finances
Ensures your child’s place is secured every month

Advance Payment Policy

Payments are made one month in advance to guarantee your child’s space in their class. This keeps things running smoothly and ensures continuity in their swimming progress.

❗Please Note:

Spaces are limited and in high demand — early payment secures your child’s place
Monthly payments are required throughout the year, including school holidays, to maintain your child’s enrolment
Payments are non-refundable once made, unless under exceptional circumstances
If payments are not made within 1 week of being requested, you/your childs space will be offered to another swimmer
You’ll receive reminders and assistance if any action is required on your account

My child is nervous in the water but the staff were incredible with him. Because of this, he was confident enough to to try new things which he has been scared to try in the past-within 15 minutes of his first lesson.
